Terms & Conditions

Strawberries & More reserves the right to set up the pick-up location of your treats. We will confirm location 24 hours prior. We try to accommodate all our clients when delivering our treats.  Beginning, March 1, 2022, we will be charging a flat travel rate of $10 per order/client for deliveries made to Santa Fe.   


Once client is in possession of their treats, client has assumes all responsibility and will not hold Strawberries & More liable for damaged, melted, or ruined product.

Strawberries & More is an insured and bonded, as well and a registered LLC with the Secretary of State of New Mexico. We have the right to collect gross receipts on any and all services.

Strawberries & More reserves the right to collect a 100% of the order when the order is placed.  The amount collected is considered confirmation of your order and secures your date. If you cancel your order 1 week before your event, $25 will be kept as a cancellation fee regardless of the size of order.  

Strawberries & More makes the best effort to avoid cross contamination with all food allergies. Some products may contain or come in contact with dairy, nuts, wheat or other animal products. We use plant oils and non-stick cooking sprays. When handling treats, we use plastic or latex gloves. It will be the responsibility of the client to inform their guests and will NOT hold Strawberries & More liable for any allergic reaction.
